Smit Enterprise

Smit Enterprise is located over at Alkapuri Gidc, specifically at 39606. If you know the area, you know it’s usually pretty packed with people and vehicles all the time. Our spot isn't the biggest, but we make it work with what we have. It’s mostly just us keeping track of orders and making sure things get shipped out when they’re supposed to. We have been working out of this Gidc area for quite some time now, so we’re used to the noise and the general pace of things here. The building itself is old, but it stays cool enough in the afternoons. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk straight in and find whoever is available. We handle a lot of small parts and different supplies, so there’s always boxes stacked up somewhere. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, I suppose, but we know where everything is. The staff here has been together for a while, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the room. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. It’s just a small business trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused and keep checking the list. There is always something to load or unload, and the day usually goes by faster than we expect.
