Sienna Formulation

Our office is up on the eighth floor of Windsor Plaza, which is A-802. It sits right on R.C. Dutt Road in Alkapuri, so we have a pretty good view of the traffic and the trees below. Alkapuri is a busy part of town, and getting into the plaza in the morning can be a bit of a scramble for the elevator. We work on formulations, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to mix different ingredients for products. It’s a lot of desk work and some small-scale testing in the back. The office isn't very big, so we all sit pretty close to each other. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some snacks, which is usually where everyone hangs out for a bit around noon. We don't have any polished corporate speeches prepared. We just come in, check the lab results, and update our records. The building management is okay, though the hallways can be a bit dark sometimes. We’ve got a mix of young people who are good with the computers and older staff who have been in this industry for decades. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for when the phones start ringing all at once. We just focus on getting the formulas right and making sure we don't make any mistakes on the data sheets. It is just a normal office where we get through the daily tasks.
