Shraddha Communication

Our little spot is at 518 Urja House, right near Swastik Char Road in the Alkapuri area. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of offices and people walking around. We mostly deal with mobile recharges, new SIM connections, and all those small things that go wrong with modern phones. Sometimes someone comes in because their internet stopped working or they cannot figure out how to send a photo to their grandkids. We spend a lot of our time just showing people how to use their own gadgets. The shop is quite small, so we keep the main counter right by the front door. We have a glass case with some basic headsets, chargers, and power banks. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we have an old fan that hums all day long. I have been working here since they first built this part of Alkapuri. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years. We see the same faces every month when people come by to pay their monthly bills or buy more data. We do not use any fancy computer systems for our records. A lot of it is still written down in a big paper ledger. It works for us and we do not lose the data. If you are coming from Swastik Char Road, it is very easy to find our door.
