Shivshakti Mobile

Started out in Naavara Village near Sayajigun. It's a small shop on Kanaka Nagar Main Road B/7. People come here for recharges or when they crack their screens. It gets busy in the evenings. We sell a lot of chargers and screen guards. My brother and I run it mostly. Sometimes the internet is slow so we just chat with customers. It's not a big fancy showroom. Just a place to get your phone fixed. We've been at this address for five years now. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun. We have a lot of regular customers from the village. They know where we are. It’s right near the corner. We try to keep things simple. If we can't fix it, we tell you straight. No point wasting time. Sometimes we have second-hand phones too. People trade them in when they get something new. It’s a bit messy with all the wires behind the counter. But we know where everything is. The shop isn't that large but it does the job. Most days we are here from ten until late at night. Kanaka Nagar is a good spot because people pass by on their way home. We just do our work and keep the shop open. Nothing fancy about it. Just Shivshakti Mobile doing what we do every day. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the door when it’s heavy. We put a bucket there and just keep working. It doesn't bother anyone. Most people just want their phone back fast.
