Shiv Shakti Hardware Shop

We are located in Raopura, Kothrud 2. It's a nice part of the city to have a business in. Our hardware shop is where people come when they have a project at home or a pipe starts leaking. We stock a lot of plumbing supplies, electrical wires, and paints. Kothrud has grown a lot, so there are always new flats being fixed up. We see the same faces quite often. Local plumbers and electricians are our regulars. We keep the shop open six days a week. It’s a lot of lifting heavy boxes and climbing ladders to reach the top shelves. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly, so we mostly rely on our memory. You ask for a 2-inch pipe, and we know exactly which corner it’s tucked into. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit as much stock as possible. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are just covered in tool displays and color charts. It’s a practical place. We give advice if someone asks how to use a certain drill or which glue is best for wood. We like helping out the community. It’s not about making a huge profit every time; it’s about being the place people can rely on. That's why we’ve stayed in Raopura all these years.
