We are tucked away in Ganraj Duplex at number 3, right across from the Gelani Petrol Pump in the Nizampura area. It is a pretty handy spot because almost everyone knows where the pump is located. Mostly, we handle various goods and trading items that come through this part of the city. It is not a big corporate office, just a simple workspace where we sort out our orders and talk to the various suppliers on the phone. I started this business because there was a clear need for someone to move things around locally without making too much of a fuss. Most of my days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the counts are right. The traffic outside on the main road can get quite loud during the afternoon, especially with all the trucks stopping for fuel across the street. We deal with a bit of everything, depending on what the local businesses are asking for that month. It is mostly bulk items, not the kind of thing you would buy if you were just one person shopping for a house. The stairs up to our duplex unit are a little bit steep, so we usually just meet people downstairs on the pavement if they are only dropping off some paperwork. We do not do any big advertising, mostly just people telling each other about us. It gets really busy on Mondays when the new shipments arrive from the coast. I usually have a cup of tea around four o'clock.
