You can find Shilpa Travels Services in the Kashyap Complex. We are at B-8 in Sampatrao Colony, which is part of the Alkapuri area. The complex is located on Productivity Road. Alkapuri is a pretty well-known part of Vadodara, so people usually don't have any trouble finding our office. We’ve been running this travel office from this spot for quite a few years now. It's a small place, nothing too fancy or modern. We just have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks to keep track of everything. We spend most of our time on the phone with drivers or talking to people who drop by to ask about rates. We handle a lot of different travel needs for local residents and some businesses. It's a busy neighborhood, so there's always something going on outside the window. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the business and the city. We try to be direct and practical with everyone who calls. If a car isn't available, we just say so. We don't like making promises we can't keep. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time. We know many of them by name. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just want to make sure people get where they're going without a lot of trouble. We keep the office open and handle what comes our way.
