Shalman Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 27-b in the Sahajanand Ind. Estate in Muzmuvda. It's an older industrial area, and we've been part of it for quite a while now. The unit we have isn't particularly large, but we make the most of the space. We have our main working area and a small spot where we keep our files and some supplies. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we get a large shipment in, but we usually get it sorted out by the end of the day. The noise from the other units in the estate can be a bit much sometimes, but you just learn to talk a little louder. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. It’s just a place of work. We mostly focus on making sure our orders go out on time and that the paperwork is correct. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know how to get things done without making a fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We like the location because it’s easy for transport, even if the roads get a bit bumpy after the monsoon season. We take our lunches together most days.
