Our office is B-101 in the Axata Society, which is right by the water tank in Karelibaug, Baroda. It is a pretty easy landmark to find once you are in the neighborhood. Shah & Talati Consultant And Engineers. Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for quite some time. We are not in a flashy high-rise building. We are part of the local society, so it feels more grounded. Inside, it is mostly just desks covered in blueprints and stacks of technical drawings. We spend our days going over figures and talking about engineering problems. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we get the work done. Being near the water tank means everyone knows where to turn when they are coming for a meeting. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. It is just a workspace where we focus on the projects at hand. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, or it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We have been part of the Baroda community for years, and we like being tucked away in Karelibaug. It is a regular office for regular people doing serious engineering work. No corporate fluff here, just us and our calculators and drawing boards, trying to finish the day's tasks before heading home to our families.
