Seforge Ltd.

This branch of Seforge Ltd is located at Plot No. 1 within the Synefra Engineering SEZ in Piparia. It’s part of the Waghodia Taluka, so it’s a bit of a drive out from the main city. Being in an SEZ means things are a bit more organized with the gates and the layout, but inside our specific plot, it’s still the same kind of hard engineering work we always do. We have a lot of space here, which is nice because we deal with some pretty large components. The sun can be really brutal in this part of Gujarat, so we try to keep the work floor as ventilated as possible. We have a lot of local workers from the surrounding villages who come in every shift. It’s not a glamorous place to work, but it’s steady. We spend our time checking specs and running the big machines that take up most of the floor space. There is always a layer of fine metal dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls, just the safety signs and the production schedules we need to follow. People here just focus on their tasks and try to get through the day without any major breakdowns. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the machinery and getting the orders loaded onto the trucks for transport.
