Raj National Express

We’re over on 14th Cross, right near the National Junior School Road in Alkapuri. Our place, Raj National Express, is pretty easy to spot if you’re walking by the school. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, watching the kids grow up and the local shops change around us every year. The office is usually a bit messy with logs and schedules scattered all over the main desk. We do a lot of long-distance trips, hence the name we chose, but we also handle things closer to home for the neighbors. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the buses are in the right place at the right time. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice and we have to reschedule everything at the last minute, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage somehow. We don’t have a fancy waiting lounge with air conditioning, just a couple of plastic chairs outside under the shade of the building. The drivers often hang out there while waiting for their next shift to start. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business without too much drama. We don’t use any of those big marketing slogans you see on TV. We just tell you what time the bus leaves and how much the seat costs. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby and prefer coming in to talk to us face-to-face rather than using an app. It feels more personal.
