We’ve got a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but we know where everything is. Sayajiganj is a busy spot, so there’s always a lot of movement around the complex. We usually get in early to beat the worst of the heat. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just look at what needs to be shipped or ordered and we get to it. The Payal Complex has a lot of different shops and offices, so we see the same faces every day in the hallways. It feels like a little community in a way. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just sit and wait, chatting about nothing in particular. It’s an easy-going environment, even when we have a lot of work to finish. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy words. We just run the business from this room and try to keep things moving. It’s enough for us to keep our daily routine and finish what we started.
