You can find our office at 12, Vrajvihar Society, which is quite close to the Vrajdham Temple in Manjalpur. It’s a quiet part of Vadodara compared to the busy city center. The office is basically a converted house, so it feels very much like a home. We handle things for Sayaji Hotels from here. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep green, though the heat makes it hard sometimes. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a couple of computers. We aren't big on corporate style. Most of us wear casual clothes and we know each other's families pretty well. We have tea breaks together in the kitchen area. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a peaceful place to work. You can hear the temple bells in the mornings and evenings, which is quite nice. We’ve been in Manjalpur for a long time and have seen it grow from a small suburb into a busy area. Our office doesn't have a giant sign, just a small one by the gate. We like it that way because we aren't looking for a lot of attention. We just want to get through our lists and make sure the hotel operations are running smoothly. It’s a simple, practical way to work. We don't have fancy meetings, just quick chats across the desks. It works for us and keeps things moving along.
