Savaliya Mobile Shop

Being on Vadodara Station Road means it is never quiet around here. Savaliya Mobile Shop is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. You have the trains arriving, the rickshaws honking, and people always in a rush to catch their next ride. We get a lot of travelers who dropped their phones while running for a train or realized their charger stopped working halfway through their trip. It’s a small space, mostly filled with phone accessories and a repair desk that stays cluttered with tiny screws and screwdrivers. I’ve been working here for quite some time now, and I’ve learned to talk over the sound of the traffic. It’s a very practical kind of business. We don't have time for fancy displays because the dust from the road settles on everything so fast. I spend my day cleaning the glass and checking phone parts under the light. My cousin helps out in the evenings when the commuter rush really kicks in and things get frantic. People often stop by just to ask for directions or to check the time on our wall clock, and that’s fine. We know the area well and don't mind the interruptions. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get your mobile sorted out. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan blowing behind the counter to keep us cool. It’s just how things are on this part of the road.
