We are located in Vadodara, specifically in Block No 15 of the Sharad Purnima Society on New Sama Road. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a commercial hub, which we actually prefer. It feels more relaxed. Sargam Infotech isn't a massive firm with a skyscraper office. We work out of a modest space that fits our team just fine. Most of the people around here are families, so it’s a quiet place to get things done during the day. We have our computers set up, and we spend our time working on various infotech tasks. It’s not the most exciting work to look at from the outside, but it keeps us focused. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Sometimes the courier guys have a hard time finding the block, but we usually just wave them down from the balcony. We’ve been here for a bit and have a good routine going. We take turns making tea in the small pantry we have. There’s no big corporate culture here; we just talk about cricket or the news while we work. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just do the work we know how to do and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a nice, simple way to operate a small business in Vadodara without all the usual stress you find in city centers.
