Sangford School

You can find us at A/20 in Kashivishwear Township, right near the Chakli Circle on Jetalpur Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually a bit quieter than the main commercial streets of Vadodara. The school building sits inside the township, which makes it feel safe for the younger kids who come here. We have a small playground area where they run around during their break times. You can hear the shouting and laughing from the street when they’re outside. The classrooms are basic with desks and chalkboards, and we try to keep them bright. Parents usually drop their children off at the gate in the morning before heading to work. Since we’re in a township, many of our students live just a few blocks away and walk over. The staff room is always a bit messy with notebooks and lunch boxes piled up on the tables. It’s not a massive institution, just a local school that serves the families around here. We’ve got some potted plants near the entrance that one of the guards looks after. Sometimes the traffic at Chakli Circle gets backed up, but once you turn into the township, it’s much more peaceful. We don’t have much in the way of high-tech gadgets, just the usual stuff you need for teaching children. It’s a steady place that has been part of the neighborhood for a while now and we just keep it going.
