Sanctum

The view out of the window is just the Rajnigandha Flats across the way. We see people coming and going, doing their own thing while we sit at B/23 and 24. Narmada Nagar Society is a quiet spot for the most part. We like that it is not right in the middle of a loud market. It helps us stay focused on whatever we are doing. We have got some old furniture that has been with us since we started. It is a bit scratched up but it works fine. We do not see the point in buying new stuff just for the sake of it. Most of our work is done on computers anyway. We deal with various tasks throughout the day, some are easy and some take a bit more thinking. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in where it is needed. If the bin needs emptying or the water bottle is empty, whoever is closest handles it. It is a very grounded way to work. Vadodara is a city that feels like a big town, and our office in Diwalipura feels even more like that. We know the guy who sells snacks around the corner and the person who delivers the mail. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. No big dreams of expansion, just keeping the lights on and the work moving forward.
