We are located in Surabh Park, right behind the Samta Flats in Subhanpura. It’s a residential area so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main city center. We represent Swiss International Air here in Vadodara. It's basically a bunch of us working in an office setting with a lot of folders. We deal with cargo and passenger queries all day long. It’s a lot of logistical work that involves many phone calls. The office is in building B/561. We have piles of paperwork on the desks most days because we still like to print things out. We drink a lot of tea to stay alert. People call us to ask about flight schedules or shipping rates for their goods. It’s pretty straightforward work. We don't have a big neon sign outside or anything flashy like that. Most of our clients have been with us for years and we know them by their first names. It’s a local business feel even though we deal with international airline stuff. The parking near the flats can be a real headache sometimes for our visitors. We just make do with the space we have. My boss is usually in the back office handling the bigger accounts while I stay at the front desk. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are fine. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up and try to get the numbers right before we close for the evening.
