If you head over to Sayaji Ganj, you can find Samrat Travels And Tourism at Shop No 129 on the first floor of Phoenix Complex. We are just off Sayajiganj Road, near the Suraj Plaza. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where we are. Our office is a simple one where we handle travel and tourism stuff. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. It’s just this one shop and the few of us who work here. We spend our day on the phone or typing away on our keyboards. We handle everything from local car rentals to longer tours. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, making sure dates align and bookings are solid. The office has that lived-in feel, with papers on the desks and a calendar on the wall that’s always marked up. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local business helping people move around. We see a lot of people from the nearby hotels and shops. Sometimes we just chat about the weather or how the traffic is on Sayajiganj Road that day. It’s a community-based way of working. We take our jobs seriously, but we don't feel the need to be overly formal. It’s just about being reliable and getting the work done every day.
