Samet Plast

Samet Plast is based in Mandvi, specifically at Amichand Ni Wadi, room number 402. It is an older part of the city, so the streets are quite narrow and crowded. Our place is on the fourth floor. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right. There is a small space where we manage everything related to the plastic business. Samples of different products sit on the tables. It gets a bit noisy with the sounds of the street coming up from below. We have lived and worked around here for years. Amichand Ni Wadi is a place where everyone knows each other. We use a lot of ledgers to keep track of things. We aren't really into fancy technology. A simple phone and a calculator are usually enough for us. Sometimes the neighbors come in to borrow a tool or just to say hello. It feels more like a community than just a business district. We open the windows when it’s breezy outside. The room 402 isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We just carry on with our daily routine. It is a humble setup, but it’s ours and we like it that way because it is home. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window.
