We are located in the basement of the Paradise Complex in Sayaji Ganj. It’s a bit of an older building, but it’s a good location right near the Havmor Restaurant and Kalaghoda. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. Our office is at number 20. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend our time planning holidays for people, looking at different destinations and figuring out the costs. It’s mostly sitting at desks and looking at screens or talking on the phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. There are just some chairs for customers and our work area. Sayaji Ganj is always bustling, and there are always people walking around near Kalaghoda. We get a mix of people coming in—students, families, and workers from the nearby offices. We try to keep things simple and just provide the information people are looking for. There’s no marketing talk here; we just tell people what’s available and what the prices are. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve been in this basement office for a while now, and it’s become our second home. We just show up every day, drink our tea, and help people plan their trips. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown quite fond of over the years we’ve been here.
