Rushikesh Gift & Cards

Our shop, Rushikesh Gift & Cards, is located at F/36 in the Bhagya Laxmi Shopping Centre. If you know the Subhanpura area at all, you likely know we are right opposite the Dhanlaxmi Complex. It is a busy enough spot, especially on the weekends when everyone is out running their errands. We mostly deal in cards and small gifts for various occasions. Sometimes it feels like we spend the whole day just straightening up the card racks because people like to look through everything. They spend a lot of time reading the messages inside, which is fine by us. We have been in this shopping centre for a good bit of time now. The lighting in the back corner isn't the best, but we make do with what we have. Subhanpura has changed quite a bit lately with all the new buildings going up nearby. We stay busy enough with the locals who need a quick birthday card or a small gift for a party. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop with tile floors and shelves full of stuff. We try to keep things that people actually want to buy for their homes. Most of our day is spent helping people find a specific type of card they might have seen last week. We see the same faces every month. That is the nice thing about being in a place like Bhagya Laxmi. You get to know the other shop owners too.
