Runners Impex

If you look for Runners Impex, you’ll find us on Shiv Mandir Road in Alkapuri. It is a nice part of town, though the road gets quite busy during the festival times because of the temple nearby. We are mostly involved in the import and export business, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with shipping labels and customs forms. Our office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we have our own system for finding things. It’s a small group of us working here, and we’ve been together for a few years now. Alkapuri is a good place to be based because it is central and easy for our couriers to find us. We don’t have a storefront for people to walk into, so it’s usually just us and the sound of the ceiling fans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails to make sure the cargo is moving like it should. Sometimes there are delays at the port or things get held up, which can be stressful, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't a massive corporation, just a small company trying to make things work in a competitive industry. We often order lunch from the local places nearby and eat at our desks while we work through the afternoon.
