Rosalia Pharmaceuticals

Being located in Makarpura GIDC means we are surrounded by industry. It’s a vast area full of different companies and workshops. Our spot is right in the middle of it all. The roads are wide but they can get quite muddy when it rains. We don't have a storefront that people just walk into from the street. It’s more of a functional workspace for us. Most of our day involves managing the logistics and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. It can be quite a dusty place because of all the construction and trucks nearby. We start our mornings early to beat the heat. The office at Rosalia Pharmaceuticals is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't really have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery guys and the occasional neighbor. It’s a very practical environment to be in. We lunch at our desks most days or sometimes go to the small canteen down the road. The sound of machinery is pretty constant in GIDC. You just get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a group of people doing our jobs in this industrial hub. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s just where we go every day. We keep things simple and try to stay productive until the sun goes down. It is a long day but we get it done.
