Rohit Kumar Bhasar

I am Rohit Kumar Bhasar and I run my business from 49 Padra in Kothrud. We are situated very close to the Old Bus Depot, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are taking public transport. The area is always busy with people coming and going from the buses. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the engines and the shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. My office is a small room on the ground floor. It’s easy to walk right in off the street. I keep the door open most of the time when the weather is nice to let some fresh air in. I’ve got a couple of chairs for people to sit on while we talk, though they are a bit old now. I’ve thought about getting new ones, but these are still comfortable enough. I do most of my own paperwork on an old wooden desk that belonged to my father. It’s got a lot of character and a few scratches, but I wouldn't trade it for a new one. Life here is pretty simple. I come in early, check what needs to be done, and get to it. There isn't any big hierarchy here, just me doing my job. When the day is over, I lock up and head home. It’s a honest living and I’m glad to be part of this neighborhood. I often grab a snack from the vendor across the street in the afternoon.
