Riya Tours And Travels is located in the Ravi Complex, specifically at shop G-30. We are right on the Gidc Station Road in Ankleshwar, which is a pretty convenient spot for anyone heading toward the station or working in the industrial zone. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have those big glass walls or expensive furniture you see in the city. It’s just a place where we sit down with customers and figure out their trips. Whether it’s a short trip or something longer, we just handle the details so they don’t have to. The road outside is always full of trucks and commuters, so there is a lot of energy around the complex. We’ve been in this shop for a while and have come to know the other shopkeepers nearby quite well. It’s a friendly enough place. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to the people who walk in, and try to make sure their travel goes okay. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a lot of people show up at once, but we manage. It’s a small, local operation and we take pride in just being a reliable part of the Gidc area. If you’re passing by the Ravi Complex, you’ll see our sign right there on the ground floor. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background and a stack of newspapers on the side table for people.
