You can find Ritesh Pharmaceutical at unit 812 in the G.I.D.C. Makarpura area. It's a large industrial section, so finding the right block can take a minute if you're new to the area. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has a worn-in feel to it. There’s always the sound of some factory nearby and the smell of grease or chemicals in the air. Our space is divided between the front office and the back where the real work happens. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of decorations on the walls. We have calendars, some old chairs, and plenty of desks covered in paperwork. We don’t really hold big corporate events. Usually, we just talk over tea about what needs to be shipped out or which orders are pending. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. During the monsoon, the rain hits the roof so loud you can hardly hear yourself think. We have a few guys who handle the logistics and a couple of us who take care of the accounts. It’s an honest day’s work for everyone involved. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do what’s required, and make sure everything is handled properly. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but that’s just how an industrial unit in Makarpura tends to be. We just keep the wheels turning day after day.
