Relish Resort

Relish Resort is way up in the Kalbhairab Village Development Committee area. We are in Ward No-1 in the Dailekh District of the Bheri Zone in Nepal. It is a long way from any of the big cities. The air is fresh here, but the roads are pretty rough to travel on. We do not have a paved driveway or anything like that. It is just the mountains and the trees all around us. Our building is made of local stone and wood. It is not a five-star place with marble floors or fancy lights. We have basic rooms and a kitchen where we cook whatever is available that day. Life moves a lot slower in this part of Nepal. We spend a lot of time outside looking after the property. We do not have constant electricity, so we use lanterns when we have to. It is a simple life for us here in Dailekh. Most of the people who come here are looking for some peace and quiet. We do not have a big staff. It is just a few of us from the village. We handle the cleaning, the cooking, and the repairs ourselves. The mountains are right there in front of us. Sometimes it gets very cold at night. We do not have fancy heating systems, just heavy blankets and maybe a small fire. It is a bit rugged, but it is our home.
