Our shop is at B/133 in the Shrenik Park Society, which is very close to the Akota Stadium. It is a busy little corner of Akota. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and internet connections. People come in all day long because their home internet is not working or they need a new SIM card for their mobile. It is a small space, so it can get crowded quickly if three or four people are waiting for help at the same time. We have posters on the walls and cabinets full of different forms and starter kits. Most of the work is just typing details into the computer system and making sure people's plans are active. It is not a high-tech lab; it is just a neighborhood service point. We see the same faces from the society quite often, usually stopping by to pay a bill or ask why their balance is low. The fans are always humming, and there is usually a stack of paperwork on the counter that needs filing. We try to be quick, but sometimes the central system is slow and we all just have to wait a bit. Being near the stadium means it gets really lively when there is an event, but mostly we just focus on the people walking in from Shrenik Park. It is just a standard telecom outlet. (243 words)
