Regal Plastics

Regal Plastics is situated inside the Alva Parmeshwar Industrial Estate on Chincholi Bunder Road over in Malad West. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Inside our unit, we have the machines running most of the time to keep up with the orders. We deal with various plastic items and parts that other businesses need. It’s a dusty place, as you would expect from a factory setting, and we don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. Our focus is really just on the production floor and making sure the machines are maintained. We have a small crew of guys who have been here for years and they know exactly how to handle the molds. Sometimes the heat from the machines makes it uncomfortable, but that’s part of the job. We get orders from all over Malad and sometimes further away. We don't do much marketing because we usually just deal with the same clients we have had for a long time. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of raw material and packing the finished products into crates for delivery. We just show up every morning, get the machines started, and do what needs to be done until the shift ends. It’s practical, straightforward work without any fuss, just the way we like to run things here on Chincholi Bunder Road.
