Ravi Telecom

Ravi Telecom is located at Ellore Mansion, shop number 16, right on Ajwa Road. It is a busy spot and we get a lot of foot traffic from people passing by. We deal with all sorts of things related to phones and telecom services. The shop isn't very big, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile connections or fixing small issues with their devices. We have some glass counters where we keep the phones and accessories on display. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one. Ajwa Road is a good place to be because there is always something happening. We’ve been in Ellore Mansion for a few years and we’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers quite well. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. Most of our customers come in because they live nearby or they were just walking past and saw our sign. We just try to be helpful and get people's phones working again so they can get back to their day. It’s a lot of sitting behind the counter and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. We like the work and it keeps us occupied. It is just a simple local shop run by local people who know their way around a phone.
