Rajpara Umesh Batu

My name is Rajpara Umesh Batu and I’m located at C 78 in the Royal Park area of Santkawnar Colony. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly quiet compared to the main industrial parts of town where things are much louder. I ended up here because it felt like a good place to settle down and do my thing without too much interference. The building is part of a small cluster in Royal Park, and we’ve been here long enough that the local postman knows us by name without looking at the mail. I keep the place fairly tidy, but it's definitely a workspace first, not a showroom for guests. There are usually stacks of papers on my desk and various things piled in the corners. That’s just how I work best. I don’t see the point in wasting time making things look perfect for a photo if it gets in the way of actually getting things done. Santkawnar Colony is a bit of a maze with all the small streets if you don't know your way around, but once you find C 78, it’s easy enough to remember. I’ve had neighbors come by just to borrow a tool or chat for a few minutes about the weather. It’s that kind of place. I don't put out a lot of signs or bright lights. If people need me, they usually have the address written down. I’ve been Rajpara Umesh Batu for a long time now, and this place in Royal Park is just where I happen to be. It’s a practical setup for a practical life. Nothing fancy at all, just me here every day doing the work.
