Raj Travel World

Our office is located at 444, Sharad Nagar, in the Tarshali area of Vadodara. It’s a simple spot, nestled into the neighborhood where people live and go about their daily lives. We’ve been operating Raj Travel World from this address for a while now. It’s not a fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a plain room where we keep our files and take our calls. We handle a lot of different travel requests, from local trips to longer journeys across the country. Every morning we open up the shutters, turn on the fans, and start looking through the bookings. The desks are a bit scratched up and the chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job just fine. Tarshali is a good place to be because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city, but it’s still easy for people to reach us. We spend our time checking dates, prices, and routes on the computer. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit, so we just chat with whoever is in the office. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to help people get their tickets and get on their way without any trouble. It’s a modest business and we are happy with how things are. We know most of the people on our street and we see the same faces every day. It feels like part of the community.
