Up here on the ninth floor of Siddharth Complex, things stay pretty busy. We are right on R.C. Dutt Road in the Alkapuri area, which is a good place to be in Vadodara. The view from the windows isn't anything special, but we can see the street below. Most of our day is spent at desks, talking to people about where they need to go. Whether it's a quick trip to another city or something further away, we handle the details. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow some mornings, so we’ve learned to be patient. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more like a group of people who just know how to get things done. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails, especially during the holiday seasons. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at once. We just sit here with our tea and work through the list. It’s practical work. We don't use fancy software or have a grand reception area. Just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of folders. People come in, sit down, tell us their dates, and we see what we can find for them. It’s been our routine for quite some time now, and we’re used to the pace of Alkapuri and the noise of the traffic on the main road.
