Alkapuri is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly us handling phones and paperwork. We’ve got a routine that works, even if things get a bit messy during the lunch hour. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of wires. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and trying to figure out what’s wrong with their devices. It’s funny how much people rely on their phones these days.
