Our business, Quiddityapp Business Management System L Lp, is tucked away in Mahadev Nagar Society. We are in unit A 1, right off Old Padra Road in Vadodara. It’s a well-known road, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us once they get into the society. We handle management systems here. It sounds like a lot, but really it’s just us figuring out how to make things run better for other businesses. We aren't a big, polished corporation. We’re just a small team working out of a converted space. Sometimes the traffic on Old Padra Road is a nightmare, but once you get inside the society, it’s actually pretty quiet. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is full of computers and whiteboards with scribbles on them. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually find us in t-shirts and sandals. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea. It’s a very hands-on way of running a company. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just focus on building the systems and making sure they work like they are supposed to. Some days are long, especially when we’re close to a deadline. But we enjoy the challenge of it. It’s a good way to make a living here in Vadodara and stay close to our homes and families.
