Protools Agency

Protools Agency is located on the first floor of the Saidatt Complex. We are at Office No. 104. The building is right on Sant Kabir Road, near Baranpura Naka, so it’s a very busy part of town. If you are coming to see us, you have to climb the stairs and look for our door. The road outside is always full of rickshaws and bikes, and the noise definitely makes its way up to the office. We deal with a lot of different agencies and individuals who need specific tools for their jobs. The space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit all our records and a few display pieces inside. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or replying to messages about what’s in stock. We aren't the type to have big meetings or presentations; we just sit down and get the work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just part of being in this area, so we keep some flashlights handy. The team here is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family shop than a formal business. We handle the paperwork ourselves and make sure the deliveries go out from the ground floor. It’s a busy, noisy, but good place to work. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down in the afternoon.
