Our office is up in Flat 404 of Tower B at Tirupati Apartment. It’s right across from Buddhdev Colony in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. It feels more like a home than a big business office because it’s tucked away in an apartment building. You have to take the lift up to the fourth floor to find us. Usually, there are piles of travel brochures on the table and a stack of passports waiting to be sorted. It’s a bit cramped when more than a few people show up at once, but we make it work. We spend the day looking at flight screens and trying to find the best routes for people who need to get from one place to another. Karelibaug is a nice part of town, quite lively, though the parking downstairs can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve got a small team here, just regular people who know how to navigate the booking systems. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any flashy signs or big lobby areas. It’s just us in the flat, working through the bookings and making sure everyone has their tickets ready. Most of our day is spent answering emails or talking to folks who walk in after seeing the address. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning till evening.
