Over here at Projects & Development India Ltd. in Baroda, we’re located at A7 Guliatn Bunglows. It’s right near Taief Nagar, specifically around the Patrakar Choukdi area on Tandalja Rd. It’s a nice enough spot to work from, even if the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud during the morning rush. We’ve been in this part of Gujarat for a bit, handling the project side of things. Our office isn’t a massive skyscraper, just a regular bungalow that we’ve converted to fit our desks and files. It feels a lot more personal that way. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about looking like a big corporation. Most of our day is spent looking at technical specs and talking through development issues with the team. It’s honest work. Sometimes the neighbors come by, and it’s just a normal community vibe. We’ve got a few people who have been with us since we opened this branch, so there’s plenty of experience in the room. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just focus on the engineering and the deadlines. It gets busy, especially when multiple projects hit at once, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a decent place to be, and we’re glad to be part of the Baroda landscape without all the unnecessary polish of a typical city firm. We just get on with the job.
