Production Supervisor

Things stay pretty busy at our place in 14 Shinde Colony. Being Production Supervisor means there is always something that needs fixing or someone needs a hand with a machine. We are located right on S.R.P Rd near Kewdabaug here in Baroda. It is a practical sort of setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Most of our days are spent checking on the floor and making sure the schedules are actually being followed, which is harder than it sounds. The building has been here for a bit and it shows its age in some spots, but it gets the job done. We deal with a lot of moving parts every single day. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how things go in Nawapura. We have a small crew and everyone knows each other’s business, for better or worse. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Usually, we are covered in dust or grease by noon. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out. It’s a bit cramped in the office area, so I usually spend most of my time out where the actual work is happening. It’s just how we operate at this address in Baroda. We don't have big meetings, just quick chats by the machines to make sure everything is on track for the day. It’s just simple, hard work.
