Our office is situated near the Ramdevpir Temple in the Juna Bazar area of Vadodara. Pmc Projects(I) Pvt. Ltd is part of the Adani Group, but our daily life here is very much tied to the local atmosphere of Gujarat. The Pin-391240 area has a lot of history, and being near the temple and the old market gives our workplace a unique character. We don't have a modern, glass-fronted building. We work out of a more traditional space that suits the Juna Bazar surroundings. Managing projects is what we do, and it involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of many moving parts. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine. Instead, we talk to people plainly and handle our business one step at a time. The office can be a bit noisy because of the location, but we don't mind the bustle of the market outside. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the work at hand. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we’ve learned that being direct and honest is the best way to get things done. No fancy mission statements are needed when you’re just trying to manage projects correctly. We just show up, deal with the day's challenges, and keep things moving for the Adani Group from our little corner of Vadodara. Sometimes we stay late when things are really busy.
