Pizzahut,Baroda

This Pizzahut branch is located at 2008 Tulsivan Society, right near Marutidham Society on the G I D C Road in Makarpura. It's a busy industrial and residential mix around here. We spend most of our shifts near the ovens or at the counter taking orders. The air usually smells like dough and tomato sauce, which is something you get used to pretty fast. It’s not a huge place, but it gets the job done when people in Baroda want something to eat. On weekends, it gets quite crowded with families from the nearby societies, and the noise level definitely goes up. The kitchen can be a bit of a chaotic place when several orders come in at once, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve got some tables for sitting down, but a lot of people just come in to pick up their food and head home. The floor is often a bit sticky by the end of the night, no matter how much we scrub it. Being near the G I D C area means we get a lot of workers stopping by after their shifts. It’s a regular job for us, making sure the toppings are right and the crust isn't burnt. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe; it’s just a bunch of local staff making pizzas. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, making it hard to park, but that’s just how it goes in Makarpura. We keep the oven hot and the cheese ready for whoever walks in. It's a busy life.
