This Pizza Hut is part of Dodsal Corp Pvt. Ltd. and we are located at 14, Vraj Vihar Soc. We are right opposite the Civil Airport Gate on Hirni Road in Baroda. If you are waiting for someone to land or if you live in Vraj Vihar, you have probably seen our sign. Being so close to the airport gate means we hear the planes all day long. It is a unique place to work because you see people from all over who are just arriving in the city. The shop itself is pretty standard. We have our routine of checking the toppings and cleaning the floors before the lunch rush starts. Hirni Road can be quite a nightmare with traffic, especially when there are a lot of flights scheduled. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We are just a team of people trying to keep the pizzas hot and the customers happy. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Baroda heat, but we keep going. We know the 39002 area like the back of our hands. Our delivery bikes are parked out front, ready to go into the society or down the main road. It’s a busy environment but we have a good rhythm. We don't spend time on fancy speeches; we just focus on the orders on the screen and making sure the kitchen stays organized throughout the shift.
