Our office for Pica Software Development Pvt Ltd is over on Alkapuri Arekere Main Road. It’s a decent enough spot, though finding parking near the building can be a real headache if you arrive after nine. We’ve got a handful of rooms where we set up our computers and try to keep things running. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in the movies, just a regular place where we get our work done. The main road is always loud, and you can hear the buses shifting gears all day long. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running along the floor. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back, which is just part of the job I guess. There’s a small place downstairs where we grab lunch most days. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or making things look pretty for photos. We just come in, do the coding or whatever needs fixing, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a practical way to work. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a coat of paint, but it doesn't really affect the software we write. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
