Passport Consultant

I run this passport consulting thing from my place at Geetanjali Duplex on the Novino-Tarsali Road. It’s right here in Makarpura, Baroda. I started doing this because people were always getting confused by all the forms and documents you need for the government. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. I sit here at my desk and look over people’s birth certificates and address proofs to make sure everything matches up. Sometimes people come by in the evening after they finish work. The house is 4-47, so it's easy to find if you know the area. I don't have a big office with a sign or anything. It's more of a local thing where neighbors and people from around Baroda come by when they need to travel abroad. We talk about where they’re going, maybe Dubai or the US. I just check the boxes and help them book their appointments at the main office. It can be a headache dealing with the website when it's slow, so I help with that part too. I’ve lived in this part of Baroda for a long time, so I know the roads well. It’s just me usually, though my family is around. It’s a quiet way to help folks out without them having to worry about making a mistake on their application. I try to keep things simple and just tell people exactly what papers to bring so we don't waste any time at all.
