Parmar Plastic

Out here in Asoj at the G I D C Estate, things are mostly industrial and practical. Parmar Plastic is located at plot 265, and it’s a straightforward setup. We have the big extruders and molding machines running throughout the day. It’s loud in the factory, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the hum of the motors. We deal with a lot of raw plastic pellets and finished goods stacked on wooden pallets. The warehouse part of the building is usually full of boxes waiting for the trucks to pick them up. It isn’t a place for visitors really, just a working site where we focus on getting the orders out on time. The heat from the machines makes the air thick, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking the settings on the equipment to make sure the shapes come out right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon with tools and grease getting it back online. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just another part of the estate here in Asoj, doing our bit with plastic manufacturing day after day.
