Paramount Technologies Ltd. is located in the G.I.D.C. estate in Makarpura, at plot A 1/4. Being in an industrial zone like this means it is a very different environment compared to a city office. It is noisy, dusty, and there is always a truck idling somewhere nearby. Our building is a simple industrial unit that we have used for a long time. We focus on technical services and support for other businesses, mostly the factories that are right here in the estate. Inside, it’s more of a workshop than a typical office. We have heavy workbenches, rows of spare parts, and plenty of industrial-grade tools. The staff here are all used to the heat and the noise. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in work clothes covered in a bit of dust. It is hard work, but we find it satisfying to solve mechanical and technical problems for our neighbors in the G.I.D.C. The air in the afternoons can get quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s a necessary one. We have a small office section for the billing and paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It’s a practical, grit-under-the-fingernails kind of business.
