Param Gift Shop

Param Gift Shop is over here in Nityanand Complex. We’re in the Shell Colony area of Vadsar. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a real pain during the peak hours. We’ve been here for a few years, just doing our thing. The shop isn’t huge, just enough space for the shelves and a small counter where I sit. Most of the time, I’m just rearranging items or talking to the guy who runs the tea stall nearby. Vadsar has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up. We get a lot of people who just moved into the apartments nearby looking for a quick present or something for their house. It’s funny how everyone always seems to be in a rush. I try to keep the shop open pretty late because that’s when most people come back from their jobs in Vadodara. The floor tile in the corner is a bit loose, so you have to watch your step. I keep meaning to glue it back down. We don’t have a big team or anything, just me and occasionally my nephew when he’s not at college. It gets a bit warm in the summer since the AC is old, but we make do with the fans. We just sell what people ask for mostly. It’s a simple life running a shop in a complex like this.
