Our small team works out of A3, Shilalekh Apartment in the Alkapuri area. It’s a nice change of pace to be in a residential building rather than a cold, grey office block. We do a lot of work involving modern solutions for other businesses, mostly revolving around software and tech stuff. The office is basically a few rooms with a lot of computers, desks, and some very comfortable chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting down. Alkapuri is a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of trees, which makes the walk to get coffee a bit more enjoyable. We don't really have a strict dress code here. You’ll usually see us in casual clothes. We started this because we all liked the idea of working for ourselves and solving technical problems without having to deal with corporate red tape. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with old hardware and empty snack packets, but we clean it up once a week. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to let our reputation grow naturally through the people we work with. It is a quiet, focused environment most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to do a good job for the clients who trust us with their projects. It’s a decent way to spend our days. We usually finish up around six and head home to our families.
