P M Travels

We are based in the Anandvan Complex in Subhanpura. If you live around Sharda Avenue, you probably walk past our building quite often. P M Travels has been tucked away here for a good amount of time. Subhanpura is a nice area, not too loud but still has plenty of people moving about. Our office is just a standard room in the complex. It gets a decent amount of light in the mornings. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and looking at schedules. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We like to take our time with people so we don't make mistakes with the bookings. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in Vadodara. We just wait it out and get back to work when we can. There’s no big sign or anything flashy outside. We mostly rely on the fact that people know where the Anandvan Complex is. It’s easy to find if you know Sharda Avenue. We have a lot of regular faces who come in to book their travel every few months. We know their names and where they usually like to go. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than a big company. We keep the paperwork in folders and try to stay on top of things as best as we can. Usually, the office smells a bit like incense in the morning when we first open up the door.
